At Aasha Path Foundation, we sincerely appreciate the generosity and trust of our donors and supporters. Every contribution helps us serve communities through our charitable initiatives. Before making a donation, please read the following Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully.
All donations made to Aasha Path Foundation are voluntary and made out of the donor's free will.
Once a donation has been successfully processed, it is non-refundable and cannot be reversed, except where required under applicable law.
Donations are utilized for charitable and social welfare activities, and therefore refunds cannot normally be accommodated.
Donations cannot be cancelled once the payment has been successfully completed.
Donors are requested to carefully verify the donation amount, personal details, and payment information before confirming the transaction.
In certain exceptional situations:
If a payment is debited from your account but the donation is not successfully received by Aasha Path Foundation, the refund (if applicable) will be processed by your respective bank or payment gateway according to their policies and timelines.
If a donor accidentally makes a duplicate donation, the Foundation may review the request on a case-by-case basis. However, Aasha Path Foundation reserves the right to determine whether a refund is appropriate and is under no legal obligation to issue one.
If a refund request is approved under exceptional circumstances:
The refund will be processed through the original payment method used for the donation.
Refund processing time depends on the respective bank or payment gateway and generally takes 7–10 working days, or as per their standard processing timelines.
If you have any questions regarding this Refund & Cancellation Policy or need assistance with a donation, please contact us.
